[BUG] Level 35 and no new

Ive encountered a strange bug - it used to be 14-35 but has somehow turned to 14-40, what can have caused this bug?
I was promised id get to go to Loui to slap vintral around a bit with that Tommy Gun (... its starting to sound like a gay porno so ill just end it right there..)
I hope you guys take the pain of all the inmates who lost their lunch money to me through mugs, into consideration...

I'll let this cat out of the bag: We've been working on a new prison. It was recently put on hold for something else, but I'm not letting that cat out of the bag.
I don't know who promised you a trip to Louisiana, Dem, but I've been vehemently against any players ever coming to Loui. This is my shit. You can visit, occasionally, at the cost of all of your stats. That was a fun event, wasn't it? But players will probably never make Loui a permanent home.

haha thanks man, I didnt expect you to drop that bomb on us, its great to hear that theres a new prison coming out but I personally dont mind if its delayed for a longer period of time, SD has only just begun to 'flourish' since its release if you ask me. Lock all highlevels up and thats pretty much an early retirement.
Oh and that event made me slightly suicidal but in the end i gave up and accepted it lol, - if my stats are returned when im in SD I wouldnt mind raiding vinnie for a few hours
