Hey Mu, now that you're back is there any chance that you can make this happen? Especially with the larger cells I think this could be very helpful to people trying to load cells.

Maybe similar to when we go to send items to people and it gives us the "check box and # we want to send". That way we could check the amens we would like to remove/add and then have a tab for add selected amens.

I know PB's greatest "Mentor" says there's no chance but I figured it's worth asking again now that there's some staff activity.

Maybe have amenity sorting options as well so we can find our shit in the slog? Maybe by stat they boost, or by event they came from?

I think it would either have to cache your setting and retrieve every time you load an item, or it's going to have to load the setting from the server and check against your amenities every time it updates (e.g. removing or adding). I'd bet the latter since many of the mechanics are hidden fairly well, but either way would cause an increase in information handled by the server. This would be counterproductive when the other suggestions evolved around the frustration with loading times.

As far as the original suggestion of remove protected or unprotected, we have enough cell preset slots for you to set up protected, unprotected, dvd, no dvd, etc. I actually didn't know how many, so I checked

I think the add multiple would be pretty dope though, and remove if it isn't much more trouble.

As for having dvds confiscated, even at 50 dvds you have about a 20% chance of losing nothing. And even if you were to lose the max of 1 at that level, does it make such a big difference in the end?

I won't say that this is a bad idea by the OP, I'll just say it's not a priority. I think Tupac's suggestion of using the presets functionality which is already in place is the way to go.
