1.TRAIN - need tough people and not softies.
2.RESPECT every member of the crew
3.NEVER start a gang war unless told otherwise
4.If u expect to move up in the ranks, follow all rules and orders given by the higher council, especially towards the founder. The more efforts you put into it, the better you get rewarded, respected and an escalation in rank. dont expect your rank to go up over night or just a hit, meaning you gotta EARN IT and let the BOSS decide when he moves you up.
5.Get to know your crew members. A crew wont last long without communication. inactive crew members will be sent a warning and will be tested to a fair trial due to their inactivity.
6.Don't beg for cash, rather, ask for a job or do runs for the leader to make some cash or items. depends on arrangements.
7.Keith43812 is the founder of this crew so deserves to be call the BOSS. if there are any concerns please let him know

9.When it comes to you bailing on the crew for any reason what so ever (better be fucking valid reasons) let the founder and leader now and see how things get arranged, there will be penalties, and if they are not followed for a smooth finish, then a HIT will be PUT ON YOU in terms of FAVORS.
10. Lastly, NO TRASH TALKING to other gangs or crews unless you have a death-wish. if other crews start shit, let the BOSSES know and we will see how we proceed with the situation at hand other than that, if your willing to offer help to other players, that would be entirely up to you but we dont have any obligations to your losses.
