not when u empty your backpack and restock in the items screen..if u add two tokens..they take up 2 spots..if u then go to the yard and drop one and pick it back up then it will stack on the other one and only take up 1 spot....

I have my backpack full and if I try to add something I don't get the message "teh backpack is full" but I lose the item ...
