Chat bar bubble

Not sure if its a bug or not but the chat bar bubble keeps reappearing n my settings keep changing when i turn them to off to stop the chat bubble from appearing in the bottom right hand corner have done this 3 times now and saved changes each time and it periodically keeps goin back to on in the options tab...not a huge problem just wanting to kno if thats suppose to be happening

COREY1T...I kno to turn it off im sayin when I turn off chat bsr it randomly resets n bubble comes back so I have to go turn it off again
