Thinking, what is the criteria to call anyone a scammer or not , today i tried to get some favors for eds, but no one gave me as they thought i am a scammer or something

This thing is really going out of the hands we need to have a system to identify scammers against real ones

we need a trusted society which can validate it is safe to do business with him for x number of days
