People that sign up, have a browse for an hour or two then never come back probably take up about 25-50% of the lotto tickets.

So its not surprising really.... just a shame

especially now that for like the last two months..a lvl one has won everytime almost lol

If there was like a "x" hour rule in place I think we'd be safe, when I first signed up, one of the FIRST things I did was enter in the lotto, thinking to myself it's a sure thing! Look at all this cash! But I did end up playing the game afterwards.

If your account needs to be at least a few days old - or level 2 and up, no one would be complaining. But I think big Mu rejected that idea but I still think it's pretty good. Might give people incentive to play more if they know they can enter a lotto and win big bucks as a new jersey player.

If I could see the lotto but couldn't enter, i'd want to find out how. And getting an event saying 'congrats you can now compete in the weekly lotto' would sure be enough to make me stick around to see if I won it.

what if each prison had its own lottery, that way ppl in az wouldnt have 2 worry about losing 2 a level 1? dunno how it would work but that could be a good solution

...except that since level 1s are the primary makeup of New Jersey, then yes, random level 1s WOULD always win.

I am open to making it level 2s and above though. That would give new players incentive
