My friend Raul_duke has been permenantly isolated, why is this?

He is generally an above board player and I would be suppriesd if he has intentionally broken any rules.

Also i have invited many people i know to come and enjoy prisionblock , however, I have noticed that if you sign in on a friends pc then your accounts automaticly get marked as duplicates and suffer some restrictions. I think that this is generally a good idea to try and cut down duplicate accounts. At night me and few m8's like to meet up and have a few beers and a laugh and currently we like playing a bit of prison block and would take it in turns to sign in and beat people up ect, and our accounts have all been marked as duplicates and have suffered restrictions. Is there any way around this as we are all different people , definatly not 1 person with many accounts, and i thought that gang/teamwork was promoted in this game. Can any1 help me out ?, cheers guys.
