First change to announce:
New feature: purchase additional preset slots. People asked for it a while back, and since it was a quick and easy thing to implement, here you go. Currently, you can have a max of 10 preset slots. This may or may not change in the future.
Head on over to http://www.prisonblock.com/shop-surgeon-presets/ and get some more space!
