Thanks for all your hard work steve doing all this and putting it together... it is awesome... and i know you have worked hard... i hope that people can be respectful around that and not make the job harder by putting unnessciary fights in... or comments that are unhelpful...

Also... if someone asks a question... it ain't a personal attack... rather simply a question... we asked for personal differences to be left at the door with this stuff... and most people seem to be able to do that... lets see if we can keep that spirit... thank you... looking forward to seeing the rest of the results...
