Timer on attacking?

Would be a nice addition maybe to add a timer on when you could attack/mug someone again instead of having to spam attack within a certain time frame and receiving this message.Â

I think games more balenced without it, because although we all like to habitually attack people, it's better to give people the luck that their enemy will forget about it during the wait, as opposed to knowing the exact time they can attack.
