i don't get it, sorry:

i bought multiple times from joe over the last 2 days. he didn't left az since nearly 3 days yet and now i can't buy from him? why? is there a new limit implemented? or a limit of tries you can have?

I also can not attempt to buy from him - the option isn't available at all.

And given he's stuck in the same spot for hours, I assume no one actually can at the moment.

It's not a perfect system, and the bugs created from such a system are well known. But that's how it works.
