So I've been on a break for quite some time in actual jail but I'm back and ready to get shit going again. Need tips on cell essentials for both my training preset and my fighting preset. Just gotta make sure I got what I need. Side note: my training preset is currently giving me 85 increase to 67 energy

buy anything that gives you stam and energy. if the amen gives you one of these but takes the other then dont buy it. amens with +energy and stamina only

keep ur stamina double your energy

check the marketo ut, lots of shit costs below 15 favors each that also happens to give decent stamina/nrg stats. you shouldnt worry about a fightcell for now, not to mention theyre usually more expensive.

yah thanx, I had too much stamina before so I bought a couple things to boost my energy, I got one more item to give me the proper amount of nrg to give me the best training gains. Thanx for both suggestions tho.
