i think only people in arizona should be able to see the open market for post there from people in arizona, putnam market for putnam, and so on and so on. The reason is is because everything that i have seen or heard about being sniped off the open market has been from someone in putnam, and those people never make it to arizona where there in the same prison as the people that they sniped it from, or for that fact even level up.  I just thought it would make the game more interesting that way so you could deal with the problem when it happens instead of having to blow it off because they know you cant get to them, then i might actually have a reason to raid or attack someone and deal with the problem myself,

but if a runner from NJ to putnam wants to buy something from someone in arizona they wont be able to deal without the runner levelling up?
