my suggestion is that instead of waiting the full 30 minutes before raiding someone's cell again, you could pay x amount of favors to allow you to raid again without that wait. ( or have an amen to reduce some of the time). This seemed like a good idea to me so i'd like to hear what you guys think of it.

Well I wont say its a bad Idea. Infact i kinda like it. But some Homo Soon or later gonna bring u down and turn it to a bad idea.

no. this can only serve to upset gameplay for no real benefit. It will make it so all you have to do is buy a bunch of favors and easily pop anyone's cell.

So I'll be that "homo" and say, fuck no.

Too many benefits for a raiders anyway, regular raiding every 30 mins, use of lockpicks and pirates etc..
