Over Easter you could redeeem them for favours form the Warden.  That chance has gone now so you can buy them from the Market if they're on sale.  Gonna be expensive though.

The only way you can get one is if you buy them off inmates, I'm sure there will be someone who is willing to sell one or two to you.
