I know I said in the past that I had plans to revamp the mail system, but I don't have the time to do that at the moment and the complaints of users nagging others via mail has been growing.

So starting today there's a "Block"/"Unblock" button on the profile page of users. Blocking a user will stop them from being able to send you mail, items or cash. You can still see their posts in forums, attack them, mug them, put out hits etc.
