Train, train and train some more. Don't do crimes, don't attack people, don't try and collect bounties and don't collect $200. You can pm thisisretarted; http://www.prisonblock.com/profile/thisisretarded . He's doing a quiz atm for level 1s. (See post here; http://www.prisonblock.com/forums/10k-quiz-for-any-level-1-needingt-cash-for-a-bank-t20550.html) If you do good he'll give you more then 10k, I got 8/10 and got 25k.

As stated above, read the forums and try not to piss any higher levels off.
