well, i couldn't find any equipements in NY, i am not sure about other prisons.. so i think your equipement section is yet to be implemented...

He said he was working on it. There are many things that he is working on, which means theyll get to it when they get to it.

EDIT: Also, its probably not a good idea to resurrect a 4 month old thread about something a new thread you started got closed for...
