Before I train all my bars are green. After I click on what I want to train in, I'm  2 energy points short of my full training.

I train with 11 and end up getting 9

Why would that be happening?

Exactly what Dene said. You will find it averages out for the most part. Sometimes it will be a few ahead and sometimes it will be a few behind while others it's right on. Just gotta go with it.

also you can try raising stamina to help get better gains

man its kinda boring but i cant stop playing... ive never succeeded at a crime... what determines success?

You need good speed to make crime . in NJ , dont do crimes . Worthless for the $$ youll get . Just training should be ok .
