Why would he tell you to put it on the market if he wants it? What if someone bids over him and he has to bid more? Sounds fishy to me

Take the 1250 each offer ( if it's valid ). You're lookin at almost 5 million dollars for something that at 2 million is still a bit over priced. Hell I bought one for about 1.5 and knew of several others who got theirs for about 1.2 to 1.3 mill ( in Ed's of course ).
Being honest, I doubt you'll get a better offer.
