I have proof, I have asked peak to send me the mail link (only available to the 2 participants in the message), and can confirm that the mail was sent/archived but for some reason not delivered. For some reason this only occurs when he replies, so it is possible for him to send you new messages without this error coming up.

We know this now, but we can not confirm whether he did or did not know this before the alleged scamming.
