Ok lets explain how the game works since you seem not to know. When criming some times you get sent to iso for using blunts. Now when in iso you can use your items to fill up your bars. and when you use eds sometimes you get infirmed. When doing it rapidly because in a fight cell you have less nerve it happens more often.

Now that doesnt take 40-45 minutes to do and you usually only get 3- 10minutes for a blunt now robbing for a gun with no stam gets 40 plus minutes of iso which you do all day and night!!! And yeah I went to iso that day to fix dinner for me and my wife and again to eat it But we're talking about WHY DO YOU AND BENT DO IT EVERYDAY ALL DAY?
