1) You dont actually need to vote on the sites to get your favours, clicking the link is enough.

2) If you change prison everything you have on the market is returned to you - so the '24 hours before removing listing' can be gotten around.

3) If you move prison your cell combination changes, so going to Putnam, and then back to NJ at a cost of $3,000 is less than cost of changing the combo with the warden.

2) Sure, so you pay to remove from the market. It still does its intended job.

3) You can't always change prisons, and your combo cost is dependent on the size of your cell, so it's not always the same.

Just a fyi--When I went from NJ to Putnam my combo stayed the same.
