You play with the zoom from your browser?

If the answer it's yes, I know about Ctrl + 0 (zero) to reset back to 100%, or holding down Ctrl and scrolling the mouse wheel. Then go back to your cell page.

Also try to clear your browsing data, especially empty the cache ..

My cell was the same way, but when i hit Ctrl 0 my cell goes back to normal but my amens still stay in the messed up position
