When i try to go into gang vault i get msg saying  You can't access any tabs . I can access all other tabs on page.I have msged the owner of gang and all boxes are ticked granting me access to everything . So unsure what is wrong

I see the exact opposite. Looking at the permissions set for Riot Squad Familia, it looks like every rank has access to 2 gang vault tabs except for the rank "THE REAPER", which has access to no tabs at all.

My suggestion, if you want to pass this on to Raul_Duke:

Disable all gang vault tabs for the rank THE REAPER and save. Then enable all permissions and save again. See if that fixes it.

EDIT:

Are you sure he gave you access to individual tabs? He can give you generic access to the vault ( on this page: http://www.prisonblock.com/my-gang-settings ), but if he doesn't specifically activate each tab for view and access ( on this page: http://www.prisonblock.com/my-gang-vault-settings ), then you won't be able to view or access them.
