Today i upgraded my cell in max size, 5x8, to do that i had to be in arizona. then later i got back in new jersey, where max is 5x5, ok no problem, but when i got back in arizona its still 5x5 fix that please, i used all my favors to upgrade this

That's not actually a bug. When you move, your cell size gets downgraded again, it's by design. Now whether that should change or not is another matter, but that's not a bug.

can you get it back for me somehow? and also or it should not be that way or you could write that info somewhere, because people will waste favors (like me!!!) and i feel kinda scammed...

I agree, there's no real documentation (other than the bit about max cell sizes). I think what I may do is just have it so that your cell is resized only for the time you are there.
