If you can figure out how to make it work, I'd strongly suggest trying my previous suggestion (clearing cache, etc). If you have multiple devices in your home, maybe try logging in and send items from there? This should let you know if the issue is specific to your browser/computer.

It's possible your issues might be JavaScript-related. Are you able to put items in your cell and move them around?
