I have scrolled through the #'s from 0-9 twice to be sure, but only 2 of the #'s are showing up green, and i cant get in. Is anyone else having this issue?

pretty sure, because the previous attempts are still there, and the numbers in green have been the same in the 18 attempts i've tried, oh and he hasn't been on in almost a month
