How can I gather money to open a bank account when there's a douche that attacks and mugs me every 10 minutes?

Work on your stats first? I'd train up first so you can defend yourself against other level 1s, and then save up for the bank account.

don't forget you can use the cash to go get chocolate bars and water which replenish energy and stamina, it'll help you train more
