Probably one the most plausible and decent solutions to keep the masses happy, Scatter a few random previous releases that have been confiscated or even some random common amenities.

Personally I am happy with how it done... everything cant be common and its cool to have some super rare things to look for.

Where theres a few winners, there will always be more losers.. in anything.

He's correct. Lou, you old bastid.... let's say that in NJ the 1:1 training stamina level is 100 (because, well it is). If you had 100 stamina and trained 100 energy, you'd get +100 stats. Got it?

If you had 200 stamina (which is a 2:1 ratio), you'd get +200. Right?

That hasn't changed, what DID change is the stamina level required in AZ. Why did it change? Well, AZ had people from really low levels, so it had to accomodate them. Once a new prison was introduced and the lowest level allowed in AZ became 11 (up 4 levels IIRC), well then, the level 7 players were no longer in AZ, so why should AZ have level 7 stamina rates?

As I said before, the higher players had it easier than they should have because they were in a prison designed per players 1/2 (or in some cases) 1/3 their level.

Got it? I hope so, because I don't know how to make it any clearer.

At the end of the day yalll. Mu made te dvds hard to get to keep them rare. The dvds r nice n stat gain, in which he made them more difficult to get. Like skunky said....the game isnt fun if u got ever amenity in the game, cuz u pretty much accomplished that goal. the stat gain thin im not mad about as well for the simple fact that mu and the pb team wanna keep up with the growth of the game, hence the reason why new yards is being presented to space out u bozo's. on another note I will at least say that since we cant get the dvd's in the wardens office, we could of at least had a limited number of the new easter baskets being presented in the office for like 50 favs a pop or something. Doing so would of probably avoided this thread being created, people using up the favors they have racked up due to not using them, as well as a fair chance at a new amenity for everyone.

This does make sense, but if you're looking at the online players...

NJ has 17

SQ has 39

Putnam has 32

AZ has 66

There were a few more online Sunday, but the ratios were pretty much the same. Obviously Joe is going to come and go a lot quicker in AZ with that many people hunting him, but it does mean a much lower chance of someone here catching him due to the amount of active players we have. I was running around like a lunatic looking for him, but I know the only time I saw him was when he spawned on my face (no homo)
