Can you possibly give us more time with Joe in AZ? The last few Holiday/Yards have been ridiculous for AZ. I played pretty much the whole time the yard was open on the last few and didnt see him once. Go back to how it was on New Years. That was a blast. Lately me and all my friends that play have been very frusterated and let down by the way its been done. 3 new DVD's came out I didnt didnt even get a chance, A CHANCE to get one. So if any of us want one, we gotta spend real money or outragious ED's, then deal with the Human Verification crap on market and get sniped. The market problems are a differnt complaint so im not getting into it. But high levels like Joe too!!!!!! 

I'm sure there were some ppl in az that got the dvds of course not everyone is gonna get em or there value would be nothing there was probably a set number released in each prison so its all up to chance

Not going to complain here, but I bounced between both SQ ad Putnam and hit the bunny about 100 times. I only had about 6 eggs drop from him and 2 of them were white. Other than that I have yet to see Joe as well and just like the OP, I spent most of the entire day in the yard. Hell MU can see my favor usage on that as well, lol. Like I said, not complaining or anything just making a statement.

i got two HOP dvds from bubba and got one scream 4 from joe in san quentin

grats? Does that seriously take away how much time some have spent in the yard to see nothing? Look, I get the fact that it is all "chance" and why I simply made a statement and not a complaint. But your good fortune doesn't reflect my misfortune. This was my 3rd event and I have yet to see Joe at all. But let me guess, you get him every time 3-4 times per event right?

I don't want this to take away from the OP's suggestion of having Joe more static in events though. So I am going to leave this where it's at.

Edit: And ya Scrappy, I actually caught him like 6 times in my triple digit attempting and got eggs myself.

Your not in AZ either. We get screwed with Joe here. And I understand the value aspect but out of like the last 10 new dvds. I havent got 1. We dont get him as long as you do d3troit. You saw him 3 times at least this time. Me and my friends didnt see him at all. REALLY takes the fun out of it. And the Bunny was ridiculous also but atleast I saw him. Im not saying this as a sole complaint. All the people I know that play are irritated with this as well. Even if there is alot of DVDs out for a yard, Give it a couple months because of how many people quit and Noobs come in, They will still have value

how can you catch bubba is it having good speed, i know its over now but there is always next year

i didnt see joe not once & aint get shit from dat bunny.

jus giv arizona players a lil more time wit joe.

if anything,limit da amount of DvD's U kan get from joe to stop hoarding.

Nope, it's all random. Stats don't matter from what I understand.
