I had a Dvd taken by the warden (Toy Story Imax 3D) i rushed to the bin to buy it back and the option to recover was not available, when clicking the recover option i had the message 'You currently have no Dvd's in the bin' i refreshed a few times and my Dvd was definately taken but still no option to recover. The option to buy a random bootleg was available so after approx 90sec i clicked this and it was my Dvd that i grabbed from the bin. So i did get my Dvd back but risked picking up somebody elses, hope the explanation is clear fault was own Dvd recovery was not available when it should have been

you can only recover your protected dvds that get taken...since that dvd was not protected you had to buy it back..next time its taken..u can recover it
