Let's say you have a level 3 axe. You want to upgrade that axe. Here's the process (code-wise):

1) It verifies that you have a level 3 axe

2) It deletes any level 3 axes in your cell/inventory

3) it adds a level 4 axe

The code doesn't care how many axes you have, and it was assumed players would have only one. Regardless, that "bug" has been fixed.

I'm debating whether or not to credit you that missing axe, because I'm wondering why you were doing this. Hmm suspicious, dude.
