IVE FIGURED IT OUT:

you have 0 bags u need 1

you have 1 bag u need 2

you have 2 bags u need 3

you have 3 bags u need 4

you have 4 bags u need 5

you have 5 bags u need 6

thing is theres a limit of 6 so its a TRICK

i just did the damn wardens favors and the shit dident pay up on the favors wtf? i fallowed the damn spam directions. but it never stops.
