Very minor, but when I hover over the use button of cocaine it tells me: " Use Large Chocolate Bar".

Other highlights are fine though

the highlight shows up as the last item in ur inventory i think. like mine, i have a six pack of water as my last item, so all my drugs are highlighted with "use six pack of water."

not just cocaine on mine.... all of my drugs say "use bandages"..... but the drugs still work when u click on em
