maybe there could be some kind of rating system on their profile for people having to do with business, thumbs up thumbs down? Only suggestion i can think of at the moment other then outting them in threads

No i dont think that would be wrong at all, but it just seems like what was suggested would change the dynamic of the game

Only thing that would change would be the integrity of the game. Sure its a jail based game and if you get sniped from the open market you have to deal with it. But when using actual cash thats another story. Thats actual stealing

Yes I do agree with eazy here, high listing fee's will eradicate your sniping woes. So there won't be a necessity to add the paypal market.

the high listing fee..... at one stage beans was holding around 10 million game cash all day.... i lost a yellow move that day
