I try to contact staff and dont recieve confirmation email saying it has been sent or a reply from you guys.  Is there something wrong with this or did you guys ban me from all contact?  Thanks for your time looking into this matter.

You aren't blocked from contact. If you aren't getting confirmation e-mails, it means one of two things:

1. You didn't set your return e-mail up correctly, or, it's something else on your end.

2. Your contact may have just been ignored. Most of your recent contacts have been asking to get back in Shoutbox. We just ignore those since they are not relevant contacts. The answer is still no.
