i agree that the small chance of getting a cell amenity just isnt worth it.. i can get a cell amenity just by voting, why waste time in jail over it? and if u did get thru and take something, then u made an enemy who is going to try to take something back, so u'll have to change the combo on ur cell, i dont like this idea at all.
