i think it will be a wise idea if cell raids can be done only 1 per some time like 15-30 min and then no one can raid u in that time, now if gang wanted can in fast way get rich without any problem.

I think if we raid the cell of a person it shouldnt be that much simple like i think 

if i get he combo right and about to steel things and cash from someone's cell he/she might get some chance to knock me down and to prevent this raid attempt like i need to fight with him/her to get the things out of his cell and if i loose i go to infirmary and he/she keeps what i took from the cell.

its already too hard, you need to remain isolation for min 5 times for 20 mins, which means you are loosing alot of time, and in the end what you will get, max 15% of cash & 1-4 items

Is it fair that a level 7 player comes from putnam raid my cell when i am offline and then go back to putnam and i cant do anything myself there should be something to stop those botch attacks 

i remember musafa were putting 2 level restriction, but many people dislike that idea, 

there shouldnt be restriction but one who do attack on someones cell should get something back

I think there should be some restriction, while cell raid should be same as today, so weaker also have some weapons against strongs

Yea but then the Isolaltion time should be much higher than what it is now like 2 hours or so
