Ok, so i searched the wiki and this info is in there.

Im trying to figure out if i continiously attempt to raid someones cell once I have the ENTIRE combo figured out, does it aoutomatically make me raid the targets cell and there combo changes OR does it just let me know ive figured the combo out and I can wait till a later time to raid the cell?

U raid the cell at the spot automatically if u get the combo right. and yes warden changes the combo after u raid someone's cell.
