How do you raid someone's cell?

you find someone you wanna raid has to be in same prison. Then go to their profile and click raid it takes 10 NRV to raid a cell. you can steal cash from their bank account, amenites, and items. But amenities are really reare I believe because I have raided cells and never got one yet.

And before ppl start sayin you cant get amenities from raiding cells... In this fourm mu says you can

it seems pretty hard to get in one. you have to find their cell code

it takes some time if you go one number at a time it will take 5 hrs doin it every 30min unless you get lucky and guess it quickly
