Cell Upgrade Question

Was saving up enough favors to upgrade and I specifically remember it being 30 favors to upgrade a column or row. Finally get enough and find out it costs 45. Am I just missing that brain thing I hear so much about, or does it change?

It used to be 30 yes, now its 45...dunno why, I was saving up for 60 too to upgrade twice :

well if im right i think it is 30 then once u spend 30 it goes up to 45 cuz i had upgraded now its 45 favors

nah it isn't skillz. I havn't upgraded yet and it says 45
