As mentioned, we've got a few more dogs to release, but we wanted to make sure everything went OK with the Chalupas first as they were a whole new type of amenity. We've fixed a few logic errors on them since the release (including one this morning), but overall, what are your experiences with them? Useful? Balanced? Any odd bugs?

Well, I know since I moved to Putnam I've had it scare off one 1 out of 5 raid attempts, so far that's a 20% rate, but that's high considering it's only supposed to be 5% so I'll wait for more data before making conclusions

I had it scare me once in about 7 or 8 attempts. Several people (3 others) were involved in this raid and out of that I was the only one to get scared off.

EDIT: I should mention upon spying of the cell we were raiding he had only 1 dog in it.

I don't have a dog as of yet for my cell, But I do think its a good idea with some of the new lock improvements in the works i think it helps to add a new demention to the game Plus being a dog owner makes Pb feel more homey to me.

I think dogs with higher protection rates should have lower ranges. Like a chihuahua might be a runty punk whose only benifit is the element of surprise, but he's a fast little puppy. Whereas a bull mastiff or something along those lines could bite you face off, but it'll take him a little longer to get to you, giving you a better chance of raiding the things that aren't in his area of protection.

It wouldn't change too much in a small cell, but in 11x10 cells it would make a difference, which is where raiding would matter more anyway.
