I wouldn't say it's the best amenity in the game. It only gives you 3 energy and the rest it give you -%.

I found it only gave me +3 energy so it wasn't useful to me really. It drains a lot of your stats which I didn't like about it, ahh well.

Only gave you +3.. You think it's the same for everybody? Well its based on the base energy you have so higher level more energy.

it gives stamina which is important for training... more important then NRG in my opinion...
