I want know what happens when the warden confiscates one of your protected DVD's, I know that you can recover it paying 25 favours, but, if you don't want pay the favours, what happens?

The warden returns your DVD in some hours or the DVD is forever in bootleg bin until you pay 25 favours?

Furthermore, protected DVD's that has been confiscated is possible that another player buy it?
