i am recruiting for my council. heres the thing though...you have to be in SD to join me. as thats where all the politics are.  you can be in another gang and be in my council as well. as im not bringing together a gang but rather a round table of opportunist. no official gang will be made. you ask me to join and if i say yes i will save your name to me notes. i have big ideas for this council. of course there will be haters but ignore them. as they say...proper preparation prevents poor performance. 

and i would like it if all my members remained unknown. if you reveal yourself then you will be removed and i will post your name on this thread so the community can see you are no longer with me.
