it doesnt reallymatter if you were 3 different people with 3 different accounts the problem is that your all using the same IP address even if it was a one off you did it so your now dups. If he doesnt want to play anymore then he doesnt want to play you dont have to de-activate it just dont log in and play with him SIMPLE
