Ok, here's new rules for the lottery, switching it to weekly.

Mostly everything staying the same except the following...

- Drawing will be held 12pm every Sunday

- You can now only enter up to 3 times a day for a maximum of 21 entries in a week (18 this week if you get in before 12 game time tomorrow (rollover for each day starts at noon gametime)

- Still costs 100 eds per entry

Hoping this leads to much larger pots, and gives people in lower prisons time to arrange a runner and get in on this too. As before, this is all random, so if you enter every day and lose 2100 eds... not my problem

Edit: if you do want the full number of entries, you can send all eds at once, really doesn't matter, it'll just keep your numbers in one block instead of spreading them out a little, but no more than 1800 eds for this week.
