I was buying favors for someone, i was doing it with Daopay.

Now with the calls sistem, i had to be on the phone for 83 minutes, yes, 83 minutes.

And it was suppose to cost me 12.54 euros, but it cost me 33 euros and the time wasn't finished.

I'm still waiting to see if the inmate i was buying received them.

PauloLage the same thing happened to me but on ZayPay. I was purchasing 30 favours for myself and it should of cost me £6.50 over text message but instead it cost me double that which cost me £13, I'm so not impressed to be honest. You'll just need to get in contact with Daopay and explain the situation.

I tried, but in DaoPay site, the only thing there is Contact for use Daopay in your site.

But i used that, let's see.

Some contries cant use paypal...I had Daopay before and was useing without problems...

But now its Zaypay on my list and i cant use that

I had to sign up to the ZayPay site to sent them a ticket. Hopefully they get back to me pretty soon so all this can get sorted out. It's a complete joke to be honest, this shouldn't be happening. No problem PauloLage

Eazyas I've got a paypal account but I've got no money in the bank at the moment so I can't use that.

I also got burned with ZayPal...twice....

-first there is the fact that it charged me double the price for what it was posted in the warden's office at the 30 favors offer

-I didn't get the favours either.

When I've reached their customer service and told them what's what, they told that they encountered some difficulties in my region(Romania), but they can't help me because i did used the service...they said that they'll try to solve this...two weeks later, still nothing.

I gave up on waiting for my favours.

Just to let you all know, ZayPay gave me my money back. All you need to do is contact the company and they should give you a refund of what money they took when they shouldn't of done, I'm so happy I got it back

What? Damn, I must contact them again then. Good to know they at least make a refund...I told them that I want those favours, but seeing that it won't happen any time soon, at least I'll get my money back and try a different approach.

33 euros? That's exactly the same that 300 favors, if i bought with Daopay.

I'm suppose to just let it go?
